String Gauge Most Badminton Strings are between 0.70 mm. and 0.85 mm in diameter. The Maillot-Savarez strings are 0.85 mm diameter which gives good durability and the materials used provide good response. | ||||||||||||
Badminton Strings There are two Badminton strings from the French company Maillot-Savarez. This company produces strings for the sports of Badminton, Squash and Tennis. They have many years experience in producing strings, so you can be confident that you will be using a quality product.
Elit’Pro This is an economical string that is ideal for repairs and lower cost restrings. The string has a diameter of 0.85 mm which provides good durability. The colours are natural or white in 200 metre reels only.
HT Tonic This is designed for players who want a string with better performance. The large gauge (0.85 mm) gives above average durability. The better performance is achieved by the use of superior materials and construction. Colours are natural and white in individual sets (10 metres) for one restring.
